CONNECTION

QUESTIONS & DETAILS
A Few Things You May Be Wondering.
HOW DOES THE LIVE CIGAR ROLLING EXPERIENCE WORK?
Pirates Cove brings the craft of traditional cigar making directly to your event. Guests can watch cigars being rolled by hand, ask questions, learn about tobacco and construction, and enjoy an experience built around conversation and craftsmanship.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE?
Every event is different. The experience can be tailored for intimate gatherings as well as larger corporate events, receptions, conferences, and celebrations. Tell us about your expected attendance and we’ll help determine the right approach for your event.
CAN CIGARS BE PREPARED IN ADVANCE?
Yes. Cigars can be prepared ahead of the event so guests have properly rested cigars available to enjoy while live rolling takes place. This also allows the experience to accommodate larger groups without sacrificing quality.
CAN WE HAVE CUSTOM CIGAR BANDS FOR OUR EVENT?
Absolutely. Custom event bands can be created to incorporate your company, organization, event, or occasion and provide guests with something distinctive to remember the experience.
DO OUR GUESTS NEED TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT CIGARS?
Not at all. Part of the experience is making premium cigars approachable. We’re happy to help guests understand how cigars are made, how to select one, and how to properly cut, light, and enjoy it—while experienced cigar smokers can dig deeper into tobacco, blending, and construction.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
The earlier the better, particularly when custom bands or pre-rolled cigars are part of the event. Availability and preparation time vary depending on the size and details of the event, so reaching out early gives us the most flexibility.
Still have a question? Tell us about your event and we’ll be happy to talk through the details.
